Trigger Finger

I’ve been mumbling along the last few weeks (sporadically, of course) tinkering about with several musical ideas. Mostly Reason stuff, basically just sketching out new ideas and experimenting. I was finding my rhythm programming a bit stale and rusty, so I picked up a little M-Audio Trigger Finger and have been thusly inspired with mad table-top drumming skills. Another arrow in the quiver, eh?

In other matters my secret—but not-so-silent—partner in “Monkey-Rum” has been hounding and harassing me (and rightfully so!) as I’m way behind in the drawing and scribbling realm. Seems I’ve hit somewhat of a creative roadblock as far as the look of the characters is concerned… and my sketchbook appears to be suffering from neglect.
