The Botched Blog
The One that Mostly Goes Backwards
I managed to stay away from using the "backwards" function my my Looperlative for about 9 months now... so I just thought I'd do a little experiment. You know, while I'm supposed to be working on putting that album together. Ah... detours.Turns out I'm fascinated by the concept that I can play something into the Looperlative... and get something "different" back out of it... I very much like the early results here.

Welcome. This is the Botched Blog, the personal web site and hideous time-sink for Gustaf Fjelstrom (that would be me). Part proving ground and rickety digital soapbox, part high tech scrapbook of pixelated narcissism, this site will serve merely to document the journey… lest I forget.
- Ghostly Showcase (07/13)
In which I break some silence.
- New Shows to Kick Off 2010 (01/05)
In which I team up with the inimitable Trip Wamsley for some liver performances.
- Scent of Embers: Live at Y2k9 (11/19)
In which another video is posted.
- Vaporous Restraint: Live at the Y2K9 International Looping Festival (11/02)
In which I post another performance video.
- Metamesmeric: Out Now. Download, Special Edition CD, and Limited Edition Print (10/25)
In which my new album, Metamesmeric, is released.
