Meeting with Christopher Willits
My “solo” bass cello project has been steadily picking up steam. I’ve been finding it increasingly difficult to distance myself from the project given the amount of material I’ve been recording, editing, mixing, and generally messing about with… so I sought out the help of Christopher Willits. Christopher is a noted and prolific avant-guitarist from San Francisco—and was gracious enough to take the time to meet with me and discuss my project. He had some really insightful things to say about the material and has agreed to help me out a bit over the next couple months. I’m excited to move the project forward with Chrisopher on board… and I’m looking forward to getting some fresh perspectives on what I’ve been immersed in for the bulk of this year.

Welcome. This is the Botched Blog, the personal web site and hideous time-sink for Gustaf Fjelstrom (that would be me). Part proving ground and rickety digital soapbox, part high tech scrapbook of pixelated narcissism, this site will serve merely to document the journey… lest I forget.
