It’s a Christmas Miracle!

So… the other day my trusty 60GB iPod crashed. Wouldn’t start up. It told me I had to connect it to my computer and restore. Tired that, but it didn’t like that either. Arrgh.

Did I mention this happens to be a little device that I use every day. Frustrating. So I decided to leav it it alone for a while and come back to it later. At first, that seemed to do the trick—it started up, let me restore, and actually allowed me to copy 50-plus gigs of music back on to it. But then it crashed again. Faked out! Doh!

So I left it alone again for a few days… thinking I’d have to send it in for a hard drive replacement. Imagine my surprise this morning when I picked it up, pressed the menu button… and there it was! All my freshly-copied music intact! It was a Christmas Miracle!!!
